In the 80s, everything was rock.  The music.  The radio stations.  Even the grocery stores, somehow.  But times change.  Radio’s silver age is over, and all the grocery stores have mask policies which make it very hard to rock.  Another change we might be seeing in the near future is a lot of very cheap college campus real estate.  If you’ve ever wanted to own an ostentatious monument to excess, start saving up now.
