In life, there are old problems and there are no problems.  An example of an old problem would be borders in the middle east.  They’ve been at it for a while and show no signs of stopping.  A newer problem is needles and straws floating everywhere.  And by everywhere we mean the west coast.  Luckily, the answer to both problems is the same: give certain politicians lots of money.  Who knew it was so easy?
