Today is a bipolar day.  Troy, Tom’s brother, died just a few days ago.  Sid Hartman followed just yesterday.  Neither was of COVID-19, if you’re wondering.  After those announcements, we then move onto puppies.  Except these are sad, abandoned puppies.  But then Tommy makes them not sad any more on his new show To The Rescue, so it all ends well.  See?  Bipolar.
