There’s no question that sometimes, someone is just too dumb to operate a dangerous piece of machinery.  We see it every day during rush hour, and we also see it every day with weaponry.  Today our example is Amber Guyger, who probably should never have been given a gun. You don’t need a trial to figure that part out.  To be safe, let’s just return the world to the age when if you wanted to kill your neighbor you had to use a rake.  It’s much harder.
