Kong vs Godzilla.  It’s the ultimate kaiju showdown.  It’s also happened before.  That’s right, even the big blockbuster of the year is a reboot.  But that’s okay.  It’s two monsters punching each other.  Do we really care if it’s derivative?  Sometimes revisiting the past is okay.  Other times, maybe write a new script.
