Have you heard about the bible?  It’s a somewhat popular book.  There’s a whole religion behind it, in fact.  Actually, there are about a million.  They’re all called “Christianity”.  It’s very confusing.  That’s why Jason suggests you pay less attention to the label and more attention to the results.  Is it bringing you good?  Good, keep it.  Is it bringing you bad?  Bad, get rid of it.  Note: does not apply to podcasts.  You have to keep listening to those forever.
