The keen-eared among you may notice that today’s show is a little weird.  That’s because we saved you the pleasure of listening to half an hour of technical difficulties.  As luck would have it, not only did we manage to salvage both guests, but Tom called Doug in today to assist in interviewing Chris, which turned into just Doug interviewing Chris.  ESP?  Luck?  Who can say?  What we can say is that Chris Matthews will be launching a new six episode podcast called “So You Wanna Be President?”, premiering on the 27th.  That’s today, by the way.
