Bill has been a long-standing tradition on The Family, assuming it’s still a tradition when it only happens every two years.  He’s like the Olympics.  Summer and winter combined, much like this week.  The only thing more chilling than freezing temperatures is a good horror movie, all of which involve Bill in some way.
