Have you heard the one about the sweaty Jew and the Italian astronaut?  Well you’re about to.  Alan has been writing jokes for over 40 years, and Mike was in NASA for almost 20.  Both stand-up comedy and going to space have a way of taking their toll, which might be why neither does either any more.  They both, however, write books.  Much less taxing.
